This introductory-level workshop is designed for students, interns, and early-career clinicians who are beginning their journey into the field of neurofeedback. Through the lens of two real-world case studies, participants will be introduced to the fundamental principles of neurofeedback and biofeedback, how these modalities are integrated with psychotherapy, and how they are applied in clinical practice to support client self-regulation and symptom relief.

Emphasis will be placed on developing foundational clinical reasoning skills, understanding how neurofeedback fits into a multimodal treatment plan, and identifying indicators of progress and success in neurofeedback therapy.
